We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (labs, payment processors, scheduling platforms) or if required by law.

Your information is stored securely, though no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to also protect your own accounts and devices.

Terms of Service

Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is educational and behavior-change focused. It is not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician for medical advice.

Program Structure

• 6-month program with labs at start, mid-point, and end
• Weekly touchpoints/check-ins (group or 1:1 based on plan)
• Access to app with food/movement tracking & direct messaging

Payments & Refunds

• All fees must be paid per your plan; no refunds unless otherwise stated
• Declined payments must be resolved within 5 business days to avoid paused access

Lab Refund Policy

Once a lab kit is issued, no refunds are available due to safety/hygiene. If you make a collection error or a lab rejects a specimen due to user error, we may be able to provide one replacement kit at no charge, depending on the third-party test lab. Contact us before discarding any specimens.

Confidentiality

Your coaching information is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm.

Liability

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes. You agree that Optimal Integrative Health shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Your results depend on your individual effort, history, and circumstances.

Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, CA, on an individual basis (no class actions).
